Hmm ... still no subject defined? Here's one idea: we get practical. Case studies, best practices, projects and teams looking for ideas ...?

Just a thought.

Would have liked to come, but have a previous engagement that same evening. Will be attending "Een verhaal in beweging '10" (A Story that Moves) by Box of Chocolates/KonseptS/ViaFutura.

Hi Philip, great! Many thanks!!
Do you think they have facilities to tweet about our discussion for those that are far away?

Dear All,

Proposed (free) location. As our one of our previous Web2EU event we could at Le Break de L'Abbaye (they are so web friendly they even have a facebook group:http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=23638069489). Just spoke to the owner and the dates would be ok with him, we could have the upstairs and they would serve drinks. It's located near avenue Louise and rue Saint George (number 2) on the corner. ZN will buy the first round of drinks...

It's really a pity that I don't live in Brussels... I would like very much to join the Open Beer. Perhaps next time.

Sorry guys, I will be in Stockholm...

@Mathew: true, but don't forget that you and I spent more time in the 20th century than in the 21st... there are probably some remainings of the past. ;-)

"Theme to be announced ..."? How very 20th century...

As per my comment on Helen's post I think this interview should be a starting point for the upcoming event. The two questions that seem most relevant: how can the institutions learn to think differently about communication and knowledge sharing and can they force transparency upon lobbyists?
