Hi Laurence,

The event will start around 4pm, but we will have a drink before the (in)formal proceedings begin. So talks and initial debate will take place at the beginning (between 4-6) then we will continue for further discussions and drinks. The important thing is to be there early if you want to have a chair. But no one will mind if you leave early and there always seem to be some who stay later.

Is this really going to start at 4 pm and last until 8 pm? When does the discussion start?

Would also love to attend - getting you guys in the same place at the same time is a great efficiency measure!  However agenda says 'too busy'!

Like Philippe, I'll read about it afterwards!
